A high quality, palatable and highly nutritious diet, designed to be fed to goats of all ages, for good health and performance.
The product is nutritionally balanced to provide the required levels of energy and protein, together with essential minerals and vitamins for optimum health.
Feeding levels will depend on the type and breed of animal and the performance required. However the following can be used as guidelines:
Dry goat Lactating goats Kid feeding
0.5kg/hd/day. up to a maximum of 2.5kg/hd/day. ad lib' with good quality roughage.
Henry’s Llama & Alpaca Mix
Protein 16% Oil 3.5% Fibre 13.5%
A high quality Alpaca and Llama coarse mix which should be fed along side fresh palatable hay or fresh grass.
In most circumstances the mix is adequate for most requirements but in special circumstances (i.e. very poor forage or health problems) the animals may benefit from extra protein.
Feeding levels will depend on the type of animal and the performance required. However the following can be used as guidelines:
Pregnant Females: 120g/hd/day in 2 feeds. Growing Animals: 120g/hd/day in 2 feeds.
